Why a good Consultant is better than a good policy

I care more about the agent that represent me than the insurance company. Here’s why. Falling sick, getting into an accident, losing a loved one can be traumatising. So having someone who truly care about you will make the experience a lot more bearable. When you pick the right agent, you save yourself from administrative nightmare. You will have someone from the inside helping you with… … all your queries (you’ll have a lot!) … and your claims (it can get complicated!). And most importantly, when you are in trouble, you will have a human being who empathise with your situation and root for you. These are the intangible benefits that money cannot buy. This is why I care more about WHO I buy from than where I buy from. Oh one more thing. During crisis, almost everyone takes money away from you. Doctors. Lawyers. Debtors. Only your insurance agent brings money to you. So treasure them! They are your AID: Angels In Disguise. Through this unfortunate incident with my dad, my resolve in helping all insurance agents has strengthened. Their success is many families’ miracle.
